Waow, a dream sailing ship

The dream of the designer, Michel Deville, the dream of those awaiting to come aboard, and of those coming back for another dream cruise. Proportions outside of the ordinary have created the largest and most comfortable wooden sailing vessel in all of Indonesia. Waow evokes sentiments of the southern seas, liberty and adventure.

The three mast vessel was built from ironwood using the ancient techniques of the “Pinisi shipwrights” of Sulawesi, techniques dating from the 14th century. This exceptional wood judiciously carries its name signifying “Iron Wood”.

Elegance and space

With impressive, majestic and refined lines, Waow offers her passengers the luxury of space not found on any other sailing ships. Her lines are the work of the designer who also assured the decoration with his artworks both in glass and painting. The master builder, M. Adji, reproduced with fidelity the project while respecting the tech- nical necessities indispensable for the functioning and security of WAOW.

With a total of 9, these luxurious cabins offer everything you would expect from a vessel of this standing: lounge area with sofa and coffee table, a table which can be used as an office, a cupboard, multi-media screen, internet connection, private bathroom with shower, separate WC and air conditioning.
